NEET-UG 2026 বাতিল। আবারও প্রশ্নফাঁসের অভিযোগ। আবারও NTA-র চূড়ান্ত ব্যর্থতা।
২০২৪ সালের ঘটনার পরেও কোনো শিক্ষা নেওয়া হয়নি। “Leak-proof” পরীক্ষাব্যবস্থার দাবি বাস্তবের সামনে সম্পূর্ণ ভেঙে পড়েছে।
দেশজুড়ে লক্ষ লক্ষ ছাত্রছাত্রী বছরের পর বছর ধরে এই একটি পরীক্ষার জন্য প্রস্তুতি নেয়। অসহনীয় মানসিক চাপের মধ্যে দিয়ে যেতে হয় তাদের। পরিবারের মানুষজন আর্থিক ও সামাজিক নানা লড়াইয়ের মধ্যেও পাশে দাঁড়ান। অথচ কেন্দ্রীয় সংস্থা ও সরকার পরীক্ষার স্বচ্ছতা ও নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে সম্পূর্ণ ব্যর্থ হয়েছে।
অভিযোগ উঠেছে, WhatsApp ও Telegram-এ প্রশ্নপত্র ঘুরেছে। তথাকথিত “guess paper”-এর সঙ্গে একাধিক প্রশ্ন মিলে গিয়েছে। বিভিন্ন রাজ্যে গ্রেফতারি হয়েছে। ইতিমধ্যেই CBI তদন্ত শুরু হয়েছে। পরীক্ষার্থীদের পরীক্ষার আগে কঠোর তল্লাশি করা হলেও, আসল জায়গা অর্থাৎ প্রশ্নপত্র তৈরির উচ্চস্তরে কোনো নজরদারি আদৌ রাখা হয়নি, তাই আজকে এই অবস্থার সম্মুখীন হতে হল ছাত্রছাত্রীদের।
শুধু সুষ্ঠু ও স্বচ্ছ পরীক্ষা নিতে ব্যর্থ হওয়াই নয়, বারবার ব্যর্থতার পরেও কোনো দায় স্বীকার করা হয়নি। ২০২৪ সালের ঘটনার পর মূল দোষীদের চিহ্নিত করতে বা এই দুর্নীতির শিকড় ভাঙতে কোনো কার্যকর পদক্ষেপ নেওয়া হয়নি।
আজ দেশজুড়ে প্রতিবাদ হচ্ছে। ছাত্র সংগঠন, চিকিৎসক সংগঠন এবং সাধারণ পরীক্ষার্থীরা সবাই দায় নির্ধারণের দাবি তুলেছেন। সুপ্রিম কোর্টেও আবেদন জমা পড়েছে NTA-কে সরিয়ে একটি স্বশাসিত, প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর ও নির্ভরযোগ্য পরীক্ষাব্যবস্থা গড়ে তোলার দাবিতে।
West Bengal Junior Doctors’ Front স্পষ্টভাবে জানাচ্ছে:
• বারবার প্রশ্নফাঁস ও পরীক্ষায় অনিয়ম কোনো “দুর্ঘটনা” নয়, এটি গোটা ব্যবস্থার গভীর পচনের লক্ষণ।
• ছাত্রছাত্রীদের উপর নেমে আসা মানসিক নির্যাতনের দায় NTA ও কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারকে নিতেই হবে।
• ২০২৪ ও ২০২৬ সালের প্রশ্নফাঁসের সঙ্গে যুক্ত সকলকে দ্রুত চিহ্নিত করে কঠোর শাস্তি দিতে হবে।
• স্বচ্ছ, বিজ্ঞানসম্মত ও নির্ভরযোগ্য পরীক্ষাব্যবস্থা গড়ে তুলতে হবে।
• শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থাকে দুর্নীতি ও বাণিজ্যিকীকরণের হাত থেকে রক্ষা করতে হবে।
একটি দেশের স্বাস্থ্যব্যবস্থার ভবিষ্যৎ তৈরি হয় তার মেডিক্যাল ছাত্রছাত্রীদের মাধ্যমে। সেই ভবিষ্যৎ যদি দুর্নীতি, প্রশ্নফাঁস ও প্রশাসনিক অপদার্থতার উপর দাঁড়ায়, তাহলে তার বিপদ গোটা সমাজের উপর নেমে আসে।

NEET-UG 2026 stands cancelled. Once again, allegations of question paper leaks. Once again, a complete failure of the NTA.
Even after 2024, no lessons have been learned. The claim of a “leak-proof” examination system has collapsed in the face of reality.
Across the country, millions of students spend years preparing for this single examination –enduring immense mental pressure, while their families struggle financially and socially to support them. Yet the central agency and the government have failed to ensure the transparency and security of the examination.
There are allegations that question papers circulated on WhatsApp and Telegram, that several questions matched so-called “guess papers,” multiple arrests have taken place across different states, and a CBI investigation has already begun. While students were thoroughly examined and sometimes uncomfortably checked the higher echelons of paper setting went unchecked.
Not only has the testing agency failed repetitively in conducting a fair and transparent exam but also it has done so while not taking responsibility for its failure. After 2024 no concrete institutional steps were taken to identify the culprits.
Today, protests are taking place across the country. Student organisations, doctors’ organisations, and ordinary aspirants are all demanding accountability. Petitions have even been filed in the Supreme Court demanding the removal of the NTA and the creation of a new autonomous and technology-driven examination system.
The West Bengal Junior Doctors’ Front clearly states:
• Repeated paper leaks and exam irregularities are not “accidents” — they are signs of institutional failure.
• The NTA and the central government must take responsibility for the mental harassment faced by students.
• The culprits behind 2026 and 2024 paper leak must be identified and punished immediately.
• A transparent, scientific, and accountable examination system must be established.
• Education must be protected from corruption and commercialisation.
The future of a country’s healthcare system is built through its medical students. If that future rests on corruption, paper leaks, and administrative incompetence, then the danger leaks on to all of society.
WBJDF stands with the students.
The struggle for justice, transparency, and accountability will continue.
